Stallion Service Contract - Please complete with all information. A fully- executed copy will be returned to you immediately.
Booking Fee - The booking fee must accompany the signed contract. The booking fee is a non-refundable deposit and will be applied against the stallion service fee.
Stallion Service Fee - All fees are due on September 1st of the year bred. In the event that the mare is not in foal on September 1st, a veterinarian's statement is required.
Discount - Special consideration for approved mares. Multi mare discount.
Certificate of Registration - A copy of the mare's Registration Papers is required.
Mare Information Sheet - A completed copy needs to accompany mare. Please include a copy of the mare's registration papers, coggins test (within 12 months), current vaccination information for: flu, rhino, sleeping sickness, tetanus and west nile, last dates on deworming, farrier and dental work, culture and biopsy results if available and if your mare is insured: the name and contact numbers of your agent.
Coggins - A negative coggins report dated within the last twelve months must accompany mare upon arrival.
Farrier - Mighty Acres will bill any farrier fees.
Veterinarian - Any veterinarian fees will be billed by Mighty Acres.
Notification - Please contact Farm Manager, Randy Blair, and advise him when you will deliver your mare. He can be reached at the same number in the evenings.
